📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high standards of financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and local Indonesian regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the finance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, providing financial guidance to support the company’s growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in CPA (preferred but not required).
