📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily baking operations, ensuring high-quality products and adherence to recipes.
• Manage and mentor a team of bakers and kitchen staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in all baked goods.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and test new recipes, incorporating customer feedback and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
• Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials, optimizing costs and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders to meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Baker in a premium bakery setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of bakers and kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using bakery management software such as Baker’s Edge or similar tools.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
