📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Leverage data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or supply chain industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required
