Early Childhood Education Specialist (PAUD Guru)

Yayasan Griya Vidya Shanti Bali is looking for an Early Childhood Education Specialist (PAUD Guru) to nurture young minds and foster a love for learning in our vibrant early childhood education programs. Located in Bali, our programs are spread across beautiful locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As a PAUD Guru, you will be at the heart of our mission to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3-6 years.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with a team of dedicated educators to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. You will use a variety of teaching methods and educational tools, including Montessori materials, storybooks, and interactive activities, to inspire young learners. Your daily tasks will include planning and delivering lessons, observing and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with parents to ensure a holistic approach to early childhood education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Use Montessori materials, storybooks, and interactive activities to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and development.
• Document children's achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement in the child's learning portfolio.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to early childhood education.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a positive and supportive school culture that values diversity, inclusion, and respect.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Montessori or play-based learning environment.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as the Montessori Certification or the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) certification.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and administrators.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
