As an English-Speaking Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 2-6 years. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that integrate English language learning with Japanese early childhood education principles. Your daily tasks will include planning and delivering interactive classes, observing and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with our team of educators to ensure the highest quality of care and education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate English language learning with Japanese early childhood education principles.
• Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Plan and deliver interactive classes that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and education.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational trends.
• Assist in the administration of the center, including managing class schedules and coordinating with parents and caregivers.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and individual differences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Japanese or bilingual setting.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese early childhood education philosophies and practices.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both spoken and written.
• Experience with teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to young children.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
