📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to provide expert advice on outdoor gear and accessories
• Assist in setting up and managing retail displays to showcase products effectively
• Capture and share engaging content through photography and social media
• Participate in outdoor events and promotions to enhance brand visibility
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in an outdoor or adventure-related setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Basic knowledge of photography and social media content creation
• Familiarity with outdoor gear and accessories
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
• Proficiency in using POS systems and retail software
• Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and adventure
