In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions within the clinic, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documents,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including insurance claims and co-pays,Assist in the management of the clinic's budget and financial reports,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of financial software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with insurance and healthcare billing processes is a plus
