📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the menu.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Manage food inventory and ordering.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a café or restaurant.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handling certificate.
