📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports.,Support the operations manager in managing and supervising staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and address operational issues and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
