📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and video interviews.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to enhance our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the advertising or related industry.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
