📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell high-speed internet packages from INDOSAT HIFI to potential and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Report sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of INDOSAT HIFI products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid SIM card and ability to drive a company vehicle for sales calls.
