📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to new employees,Ensure the security of our IT systems and data,Maintain accurate records of all IT activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols,Experience with IT support tools and software,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
