📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Handle and transport luggage efficiently and safely.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including providing room keys and directions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to guest services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and assist guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required.
• Willingness to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
