Seed Link Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order placement. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited procurement experience looking to build their career in the procurement field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers.,Support in the negotiation of contracts and purchase orders.,Maintain and update supplier and vendor databases.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.,Support in the management of procurement budgets and expenses.,Assist in the organization of procurement meetings and events.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome).,Basic knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
