📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform routine lab tests to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and instruments.
• Prepare and analyze samples for microbial, chemical, and physical testing.
• Document and record test results accurately.
• Assist in the development and implementation of food safety and quality assurance programs.
• Participate in regular training and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and production teams to address any food safety or quality issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food lab or quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Proficiency in using lab equipment and instruments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
