Jaya Dian Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our banquet team, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our customers. This is a full-time position based in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the banquet team, ensuring all staff are trained and motivated.,Coordinate with event planners and customers to understand their needs and ensure they are met.,Oversee the preparation and execution of all banquet events, from setup to cleanup.,Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered on time.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the banquet area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Keep accurate records of all banquet events and staff performance.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Familiarity with event planning and management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20kg.,Valid food handling certificate.
