You will work closely with our engineering team to maintain and upgrade our machinery, and you will also be responsible for training and mentoring our junior operators.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage production machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to maintain and upgrade machinery.
  • Train and mentor junior operators to ensure a high standard of performance.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of production machinery and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
