📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fits for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational or large organization is a plus.
