Puskesmas Dewi Fashion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax-related activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.,Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective completion of tax-related tasks.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the organization remains compliant.,Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that tax-related information is accurate and up-to-date.,Provide tax-related training and development opportunities for staff members.,Monitor and report on tax-related expenses and deductions to ensure compliance and optimize tax savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
