📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes relevant to the mining industry
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the compliance team in preparing for external audits and inspections
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs
• Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining files
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mining compliance
• Contribute to the development of compliance strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international mining regulations and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
