In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our bakery, greeting customers with a warm smile and assisting them with their orders. You’ll handle transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate and prompt service. Additionally, you’ll maintain a clean and organized bakery, stocking shelves, and assisting with daily tasks to support our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments using our POS system.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery, including stocking shelves and ensuring the bakery is ready for customers.
• Support the bakery team by performing various tasks such as restocking ingredients, cleaning, and assisting with food preparation when needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, following our company’s financial policies.
• Promote our products and special offers to customers, helping to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and equipment.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and any issues that arise during the service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a food service setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work part-time hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience. Food handling certification is a plus.
