📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
