📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Monitor and control financial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
