MRT Eagles Favor is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales management in a hybrid part-time program. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn and develop your skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and sales operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and accounts.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and forecasts.,Support the sales team in achieving their individual and team sales targets.,Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.,Support the sales team in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Strong interest in sales and sales management.,Basic knowledge of sales software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and results-oriented mindset.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
