Urban Home Unggul is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment and a willingness to go above and beyond to protect our community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.,Maintain open communication with other security personnel, management, and emergency services to coordinate responses to security incidents.,Perform first aid and emergency response procedures as required, and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents, and document all findings and actions taken.,Perform other duties as assigned by management, to support the overall security and safety of the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a security or law enforcement role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and make sound judgment in emergency situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities, such as running, climbing, and lifting heavy objects.,Valid security guard certification or license, preferably from a recognized institution.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
