📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost models for manufacturing processes to support strategic decision-making.,Analyze and identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven insights and cost optimization techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.,Provide cost modeling support to new product development and process improvement projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in cost modeling and optimization.,Prepare and present cost analysis reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members in cost modeling and optimization practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing cost modeling and cost optimization.,Strong background in cost accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in cost modeling software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
