📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish.,Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.,Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that production plans are feasible.,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.,Conduct quality control checks and inspections to identify and correct any issues.,Train and mentor junior production staff to ensure a high level of performance.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
