📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the Treasury & Taxation team, setting strategic goals and ensuring their achievement.,Oversee all aspects of treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk assessment.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.,Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions and tax compliance.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive financial advice.,Mentor and develop the skills of team members to enhance their performance and career growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Treasury & Taxation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of managing treasury operations and tax planning.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with financial software and systems is a plus.
