🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.,Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.,Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
