📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges on the construction site.,Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site coordination or project management in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
