As a CRA at Equilab International, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical trials by assisting principal investigators, study coordinators, and other research team members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials
- Manage and maintain clinical trial data using REDCap, SAS, and SPSS
- Recruit and screen potential study participants
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines
- Provide administrative support to the research team
- Document and report study progress to principal investigators and sponsors
- Participate in training and professional development activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Life Sciences, Medicine, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of REDCap, SAS, or SPSS is a plus
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
