📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor budget performance and provide regular financial updates to the management team.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in financial planning and strategic decision-making processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and vendor payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a creative industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
