As a Japanese Language Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that incorporate Kaigo-specific vocabulary and cultural insights. You'll work closely with our team of educators to create a curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students, from beginners to advanced learners. Our state-of-the-art facility in Cikarang Pusat is equipped with the latest teaching tools, including interactive whiteboards, multimedia resources, and dedicated language labs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver Japanese language lessons with a focus on Kaigo (caregiving) terminology and cultural context.
• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials to align with the needs of our students.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement special projects or workshops that cater to the unique requirements of the elderly care industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Japanese language education and caregiving practices to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new instructors, sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all materials are readily available for students.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our teaching methods and student support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Japanese as a second language, with a specialization in Kaigo (caregiving) preferred.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or higher) and excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with educational technology and multimedia tools, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Canva.
• Understanding of the healthcare and elderly care sectors, including relevant regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with curriculum development and student assessment methods.
