In this role, you will handle daily cash collections, process resident payments, and manage accounts receivable using our in-house system, QuickBooks. You'll also be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring compliance with our financial policies. With a focus on customer service and financial accuracy, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our luxury condominiums.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage daily cash collections from residents.
• Handle resident payments and ensure accurate recording in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts receivable on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies in resident payments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the financial health of the properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with property management and luxury condominium operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable (e.g., Certified Accounts Receivable Professional - CARP) is a plus.
