In this role, you will work closely with the Store Head to manage and optimize store operations, ensuring that our products are displayed attractively, stock levels are maintained, and sales targets are met.

As an Assistant Store Head, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory using SAP, and training and mentoring your team to achieve peak performance. With a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 - Rp 5.200.000 per bulan, this is an opportunity to grow professionally and make a tangible impact in the retail industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage inventory and stock levels using SAP to maintain optimal product availability
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and restocking of products
• Train and mentor store staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with the Store Head to develop and implement store improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with SAP or other retail management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Certification in retail management or leadership is a plus
