📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and timely service parts availability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing regular reports to regional management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and service partners.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve branch goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
