📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and execute high-impact digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign results to refine strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement in advertising strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a marketing role.
Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
