📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage export-import shipments, ensuring they are processed and shipped on time.
• Prepare and manage all necessary export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to export-import operations.
• Handle and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the export-import process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in export-import operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and partners.
• Assist in the development and implementation of export-import strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in export-import operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export-import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
