📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain advanced laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC-MS, and other specialized instruments.
• Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Prepare and analyze samples, interpreting results to meet client requirements.
• Mentor and train laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory results into product development.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data for decision-making processes.
• Ensure the laboratory is equipped with the necessary supplies and materials for efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
• Certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in using advanced laboratory equipment and software such as HPLC, GC-MS, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
