📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students.
• Prepare and grade homework, quizzes, and exams to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to develop and implement comprehensive language programs and curricula.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends to continuously improve the quality of instruction.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
• Assist in the organization of cultural events and activities that promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with a strong understanding of Chinese culture and customs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin language instruction, preferably in an educational setting.
• Experience with HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) levels and exam preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid teaching certification or license (if required by local regulations).
