Operations Supervisor - Water Pumping & Mining Support

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of water pumping systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and coordinate a team of water pump operators, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of water pumping equipment, using tools such as SAP and other specialized software.
• Monitor water quality and quantity, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement operational plans to enhance the efficiency and reliability of water pumping systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mining operations, to address any operational challenges and ensure seamless integration of water management activities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of water pumping operations and any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water pumping operations and maintenance.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising teams in a mining or industrial environment.
• Certification in water treatment or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other relevant software for operational management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards applicable to water management in Indonesia.
